A local homeless man delivered a shopping cart containing a 50-gallon construction trash bag filled with with finely chopped meat at 9am, May 13. The man had $500 in his pocket, but is claiming to have no recollection of where the money, the bag or its contents came from. He is currently in a holding cell and has waved his rights to an attorney.
